Our customer rapport is very special in that we understand how important the relationship is between the pet and the pet owner.  We believe the well cared for pet is no longer just the family pet but is now a family member.  From that standpoint our goal is to provide the pet and the pet owner with the finest products and highest quality merchandise at the best prices we can find. We also want all of our customers and their pets to have an enjoyable experience or just have fun while visiting our store.
